At Pueblo Magico Tours we believe that traveling in small intimate groups allow for the best travel experience.  Our groups will range from 6 to 10 travelers which we believe provides the very best travel setting.

Keep in mind, since our groups are small and can book up fast, if you are interested in a specific date it's best to secure your reservation with a deposit.

Planning a vacation shouldn't be difficult.  That's why Pueblo Magico Tours has made it easy to reserve and pay for your Magical Get-Away.

All that is needed is a $100 deposit per person to secure your reservation.  You can make payments of your choice as long as the remaining balance is Paid in Full 30-days before the tour's departure date.  It's that EASY!

Payments can be made by check, cash, money order or PayPal.

• Once you have made your deposit, now is the time to start looking for good flight deals.  It is your responsibility to make your own flight arrangements
• Have questions about airfare or need help booking?  Let Pueblo Magico Tours help you with the airline booking process
• Once you have booked your airfare we ask that you send us your flight information

• For tours that require a Passport, be sure your Passport has six months validity beyond the return date.
• Don't have your Passport or is your Passport expired?  No worries.  Start the process now.  It's easy and the turn around time can be less than 5 weeks.
• Once you have your Passport the World is Your Oyster!

In order to help protect you, your traveling party, and your trip investment, we recommend that you add travel protection to your reservation.

In the event you need to cancel your tour with us, see the cancellation policy below:

• 61 or more days prior to the start of the tour - cancellation fee is $100.  You are solely responsible for the cancellation of your airfare and any fees that may incur because of cancelling.
• 60 to 8 days prior to the start of the tour - cancellation fee is 50% of tour price.  You are solely responsible for the cancellation of your airfare and any fees that may incur because of cancelling.
• 7 days or less prior to the start date of the tour - cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.  You are solely responsible for the cancellation of your airfare and any fees that may incur because of cancelling.

Pueblo Magico Tours can make no determination of your fitness to travel nor guarantee your ability to successfully manage a tour. If in doubt, please consult your doctor. Persons needing individual assistance for walking, dining or other personal needs must be accompanied by an able companion and must notify us in writing before booking.

Once Pueblo Magico Tours has received your final payment, we will send you a detailed itinerary. We will ask that you submit an Emergency Contact Information Form along with a signed Liability Waiver.

We also will provide the Hotel Names and Contact Information.

If you have booked one of our Magical Mexico tours, we will provide a "Tips & Tricks to Pesos" guide that will help you in the process of purchasing Pesos here in the states.  It also will discuss your options to purchase Pesos in Mexico if you choose to do so.

We want your travel experience with Pueblo Magico Tours to be a fun and RELAXING one.  If you think you might need your stuffy sport coat, dress pants or high heels - you can throw that notion out the window!

We recommend packing light:

• Comfortable shoes and perhaps a pair of sandals for pool/beach days
• Solid colored shirts and tanks so you can intermix your daily outfits - keeping your choices simple allows for a stress free travel experience
• A light cardigan or shawl for possible cool evenings. (Suggestion for the Women -  a lovely patterned shawl or cardigan can quickly dress up a solid shirt for a nice evening dinner)
• Shorts and/or capris
• Swim attire and cover-up according to tour
• Market Tote or Beach Bag 
• Cross Body daily Travel Bag
